Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is seeking a proactive letting agent in London. You will match tenants to properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate terms, both over the phone and in person. A drive to succeed in a busy lettings team is essential.

Key tasks include qualifying applicants, arranging viewings, and providing landlords with timely updates on activity, feedback, and property developments. You will play a crucial role in converting interest into formal offers and guiding move-ins
