A proven estate agency background and outstanding communication will help you build trust with applicants and landlords. Key tasks include qualifying applicants, arranging viewings, and turning interest into offers while maintaining strong relationships.

What’s the role?

You’ll play a key part with matching tenants with their next home; through viewings and negotiations you’ll build strong relationships over the phone and face to face. A desire to succeed and earn is vital in our lettings teams.

Key tasks will involve:

• Registering and qualifying applicants to ensure you fully understand their requirements
• Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
• Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
• Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity
