Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team in London. You will match tenants with their next home through viewings and negotiations, building relationships over the phone and in person.

Key tasks include registering applicants, conducting viewings, keeping landlords informed, and guiding negotiations to move-ins with care and clarity. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team.
