Relationship Director, Commercial Mid-Market

Join us as a Relationship Director in Commercial Mid-Market at NatWest Group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial customers, offering appropriate financial solutions.
  2. Drive sales activity to increase new business while ensuring excellent customer service.
  3. Build and maintain long-term business relationships based on trust and understanding.
  4. Meet clients at their premises, collaborate with colleagues, and work remotely as required.
What You'll Do

Show entrepreneurial spirit, advocate for customers, and create value from customer relationships. Provide excellent service, exceed expectations, and increase customer loyalty.
