HSBC UK Leveraged Finance (“LF”) is seeking an experienced individual to join them as a Relationship Director.
HSBC UK Leveraged Finance is a national business consisting of approximately 100 colleagues, across 16 offices, covering over 350 clients and a diverse range of Private Equity (“PE”) relationships. The business is a market leader with four key areas of expertise: Origination, Execution, Financial Sponsor Coverage, and Client Coverage. The customer base varies, typically with a turnover from £100m to over £2bn. The team is sector agnostic, with most customers categorized by their Private Equity (PE) ownership. Lending money to support PE firms with Leveraged Buyouts is complex and requires sophisticated financial modelling, structuring, and sensitivity analysis.
