What You Will Get To Do:

  • Establish and maintain broad horizontal and vertical calling plans (to C suite)
  • Be the voice of SS&C within the client / active calling plan.
  • Be an ambassador for SS&C within your client remit and the broader marketplace.
  • Have an Influence on the decision making process
  • Market new services by showing our processes to create demand
  • Be visible in the industry, build a network and leverage for knowledge and opportunities.
  • Retain and grow revenue
  • Achieve individual and team sales target
  • Manage client P&L
  • Understand and impact the financial drivers for your clients both internally and externally.
  • Lead commercial and contractual relationships within your client group


What You Will Bring:

  • 15+ years industry experience with significant client management and operations leadership.
  • Detailed knowledge of Wealth Managers and Life & Pension services – their business, their products, their clients, their end to end service proposition
  • Detailed knowledge of transfer agency and associated services.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment.
  • A good understanding of the client service model, business strategy, structure and product offering.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Essential)
  • Good analytical skills (Essential)
  • Good verbal reasoning and numeric skills. (Essential)
