Anchor Point Neurological Centre in Southampton is seeking a Rehab Assistant to join the nights team. You will support adults with complex neurological conditions, blending care, therapy support and companionship to help residents progress toward independence.

Work with families and the multidisciplinary team to follow individual rehabilitation plans, assisting with daily living activities and encouraging participation in therapy.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support adults with complex neurological conditions to achieve greater independence.
• Combine care, therapy support and companionship to understand individual goals.
• Work with residents and families following care and rehabilitation plans with the MDT.
• Assist with daily living skills and participation in activities.
• Encourage participation in therapy sessions and provide social and emotional support.
• Help residents take an active role in rehabilitation and routine.
