Job summary

Meadow View Neurological Centre in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is seeking a Rehab Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team on night shifts. The role combines care, therapy support and companionship to help adults with complex neurological conditions progress toward greater independence.

Working 39.375 hours per week full-time, you will follow personalised rehabilitation plans, support daily living activities and contribute to a caring, person-centred environment with benefits including paid DBS,

Qualifications

• Care experience is welcomed but is not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A caring, compassionate and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with complex neurological conditions to gain independence.
• Combine care, therapy support and companionship with residents.
• Follow individual care and rehabilitation plans with residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and participate in therapy sessions.
• Provide social and emotional support to residents.
