Job summary

Inspire Neurocare is seeking a dedicated Rehab Assistant in Southampton to support residents with daily living, personal care and engagement in activities. You will work closely with nurses, therapists and families to deliver person-centred care that aligns with each resident’s goals.

Qualifications

• Valid proof of right to work in the UK.
• Experience in care welcomed but is not essential.
• Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for residents.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing resident needs.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience and eagerness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks as required.
• Provide social and emotional support to encourage participation in centre activities.
• Offer companionship and take an interest in residents' lives.
• Support daily living skills and contribute to care planning.
• Collaborate with Nurses, Therapists and other team members to deliver person-centred care.
