Job summary

Anchor Point Neurological Centre in Nursling, Southampton, is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions towards greater independence. You will blend care, therapy support and companionship, tailoring approaches to each person and their goals.

Working alongside residents, families and a multidisciplinary team, you will help with daily living tasks, assist therapy sessions and promote participation in activities.
