Anchor Point Neurological Centre in Nursling, Southampton is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions to gain independence and progress toward goals. You will blend care, therapy support and companionship, tailoring approaches to each person.

You will work with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team, following individual care and rehabilitation plans, encouraging activity, daily living skills and social participation to help people achieve

Qualifications

• Care experience welcomed but not essential.
• Strong communication and person-centred approach.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Support daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Assist with therapy sessions and enable participation in activities.
• Provide social and emotional support to residents.
• Follow individual rehabilitation plans and track progress.
• Encourage independence and confidence in residents.
