Job summary

Coventry City Council is seeking a Regulatory Technical Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Building Control Team, ensuring high-quality Regulatory Services customer care.

You will handle enquiries, input data, maintain systems, and support the Apprenticeship Lifecycle with timely actions. The role emphasises inclusivity and the One Coventry values, with a commitment to equitable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT packages and systems to support ongoing office activity.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via varying mediums, resolving at first contact where possible or passing on more complex issues.
• Perform data input and document production using Regulation service systems.
• Maintain computerised systems, retrieve information, and create databases and reports as required.
• Ensure timely delivery of actions throughout the Apprenticeship Lifecyle.
