Your key responsibilities as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist will include:

  • Owning and evolving the regulatory outputs product strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory developments.
  • Translating regulatory changes into actionable product features and roadmap decisions.
  • Leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Championing the voice of the client in navigating regulatory complexity and data requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Product and senior stakeholders to align regulatory strategy with company goals.
  • Building strong external relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist:

  • You must have at least 5 years of experience in product management, regulatory product development, or fund data services.
  • You will have proven experience engaging with regulatory frameworks in the fund industry, such as PRIIPs, UCITS, SFDR, AIFMD, and SDR.
  • You should have a strong track record in building or managing products that support regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak credibly with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • You will have the ability to turn complex regulation into structured, deliverable product requirements.
