Senior Reporting Specialist
London-based with 2 days in the office weekly

Fantastic opportunity with a leading public sector organization, supporting core infrastructure and systems that enable End User Compute Services and line of business applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the generation of reports using data provided externally and internally, and develop supporting processes aligned with other internal procedures.
2. Contribute to the strategy, governance, and design capabilities, supporting continuous improvement.
3. Review and quality check automated reports, identify risks and issues, and raise them appropriately.
4. Apply an open-minded, scientific, and skeptical approach to diagnosing causes of failures and poor performance, making effective decisions.
5. Seamlessly integrate with existing third-party supplier relationships, demonstrating experience in such collaborations.
6. Possess a high level of familiarity with MS Excel and the Office suite, including at least lower-intermediate Power BI skills.
7. Have a working knowledge of reporting functionalities within ServiceNow, including a basic understanding of the Performance Analytics module.
8. Ability to navigate within the ServiceNow native reporting environment, create dashboards, and share them with users.
9. Understand operational processes such as ITIL and modern digital support team practices.
10. Familiarity with Agile methodology and a commitment to iterative, continuous improvement, delivering work at pace.
