National Grid plc in Warwick is recruiting an Asset Management PMO Lead, offering flexible hybrid working. You will translate business requirements into clear plans and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will establish governance, track milestones, risks and dependencies, and provide insightful delivery updates to leaders. You’ll design and embed PMO processes and help shape forward-looking regulatory planning.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in asset management or regulated environments.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to translate requirements into plans.
• Experience governance, RAID, reporting and delivery tracking.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple priorities.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency; Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into clear plans, deliverables and actions.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, keeping teams aligned.
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to build consensus.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Ensure governance, risks, issues, actions and decisions are captured.
• Provide delivery updates and reporting to support decision-making.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner to overcome challenges and maintain momentum.
• Help design and embed PMO processes, standards and ways of working.
• Support strategic, forward-looking planning of regulatory activity.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and increase transparency.
