Zusammenfassung

Morgan Stanley in Glasgow is seeking an Associate to join our External Reporting team. The role will produce European regulatory disclosures and IFRS reporting, reporting to a Director.

It covers regulatory reporting projects, process improvements, and control enhancement while collaborating with Global Product Controllers, Finance Technology and Legal Entity Control. You will contribute to accuracy and timeliness of the firm’s reporting, while supporting evolving regulatory requirements and

Qualifikationen

Experience of financial/regulatory reporting and working with large datasets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate issues when needed.
Demonstrated risk awareness and proactive problem solving.
Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.

Aufgaben

Preparing Regulatory Balance Sheet-based external reporting.
Producing commentary and analysis to support the reporting.
Conducting production processes ensuring timely delivery.
Troubleshooting data issues during quarterly production.
Responding to review questions on disclosures produced.
Presenting disclosures and analytics to Finance Senior Management.
Maintaining procedures and ensuring key controls.
