Qualifications

• At least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Understanding of the business area supported and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions/tasks within coverage area.
• Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Follow escalation framework, identifying, escalating and preventing issues.
• Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas.
• Work with Technology and Change the Bank to improve transaction reporting infrastructure.
