Responsibilities

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating risks and projects.
• Identify day-to-day risks and propose process changes to mitigate them.
• Train teammates, allocate tasks and support with first-line escalation.
• Share expert knowledge across the team and build firm-wide relationships.
• Oversee reconciliation exceptions, investigate and resolve breaks per policies.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and efficiency gains.
