Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Glasgow is seeking a Director-level Regulatory Policy & Advisory professional to lead the development of capital and liquidity regulatory policies, including Basel-based requirements, within the Accounting and Regulatory Policy team. You will coordinate with Finance and Firm colleagues to deliver high-quality policy work and governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Finance, policy, and regulatory environments.
• Experience in regulatory policy, prudential regulation, or related financial services.
• Ability to articulate risk and influence cross-functional teams.
