Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Compliance Remediation Analyst to support regulatory duties with the Environment Agency, Drinking Water Inspectorate, Ofwat and CCW. In Reading, the role coordinates remediation work, analyses data and prepares governance materials to demonstrate progress and assurances.

You will work with PMO, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of remediation commitments and maintain audit trails across the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting compliance, regulatory, governance, audit or remediation activity.
• Experience coordinating actions, plans or reporting across teams to support delivery.
• Experience collecting, checking and analysing data to support reporting and assurance.
• Experience maintaining trackers, logs and records to support governance and delivery.
• Experience preparing reports or briefing material for internal stakeholders and governance.
• Experience working with PMO, legal, risk, finance or compliance teams to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of related compliance remediation activity.
• Map regulatory requirements to remediation actions across projects.
• Collect, validate and analyse data to support reporting and governance.
• Maintain trackers and change control records for remediation activity.
• Prepare regular reports and briefing material for governance forums.
• Collaborate with frontline business units to gather information and drive timely delivery.
• Liaise with PMO, Legal, Risk and Assurance teams to ensure consistent reporting.
• Support responses to regulatory information requests and audits.
• Identify emerging compliance risks and escalate where needed.
• Attend governance meetings and contribute analysis for oversight.
