Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Regulatory Information Advisor to help mitigate enforcement risk from water discharge non-compliance. You will respond to Environment Agency information requests, gather data, and coordinate with the legal and environmental teams across the business.

You will interrogate requests for factual accuracy, prepare written correspondence, and help ensure robust mitigating actions. The role also supports regulatory assurance activities and may require travel across Thames

Qualifications

• HOLD a degree or equivalent.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to gather, interpret and report data, and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Environment Agency informal information requests within deadlines via written correspondence.
• Gather information from stakeholders and assess whether mitigation actions are robust.
• Interrogate requests to ensure factual accuracy and clarify as needed.
• Contribute to regulatory information and enforcement risk management.
• Travel to Thames Water sites for visits and training when required.
