Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited seeks a Compliance Remediation Analyst to coordinate remediation activity and strengthen reporting across regulators such as EA, DWI, Ofwat and others. You will map regulatory requirements to actions, collect and analyse data, and support governance, assurance and audit processes.

Working with the Compliance Remediation Manager, you’ll ensure traceability, manage change, and provide clear oversight of delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting compliance, regulatory, governance, audit or remediation activity within a regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating actions, plans or reporting across teams to support delivery of business or regulatory commitments.
• Experience collecting, checking and analysing data to support reporting, tracking and assurance activity.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of related compliance remediation activity, ensuring actions are aligned to regulatory undertakings and improvement plans.
• Map regulatory requirements to remediation actions and operational activity with traceability.
• Collect, validate and analyse operational data to support reporting and assurance.
• Maintain trackers, logs and change control records for remediation activity and dependencies.
• Prepare regular reports and briefing material for governance forums and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with PMO, Legal, Risk, Compliance and assurance teams to ensure information is consistent for reporting.
