Leep Utilities is seeking a Regulation Analyst to support the Regulation team across regulatory compliance, governance and document management. The role focuses on water regulation, infrastructure charges and associated reporting, with development opportunities and exposure to senior governance processes.

You will work closely with the Regulation & Compliance Manager, coordinating information, maintaining records and assisting in regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory, compliance, governance, audit, or utilities environment.
• Strong written communication to prepare notes, reports and trackers.
• Excellent organisation to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across levels.
• Willingness to develop knowledge in water regulation and market codes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day water regulatory compliance activities and record-keeping.
• Monitor changes in water/energy regulation and industry codes.
• Assist with infrastructure charges activities and reviews.
• Maintain action trackers and governance documentation.
• Gather information for regulatory reporting and governance reviews.
• Assist in regulatory reporting, board updates and governance papers.
• Develop and maintain regulatory policies and process documents.
• Support document management system and evidencing.
• Assist internal audits and assurance activities by collating evidence.
• Prepare briefings and training materials on regulatory obligations.
• Engage with regulators, market bodies, customers and internal stakeholders.
