Meta in London is seeking a Regulatory Readiness Program Manager to partner with Legal, Policy, Operations and Product. You will map external regulatory pressures to product roadmaps and drive cross-functional alignment on control frameworks and risk management.

The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management and ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering structured programs across global teams and regulatory domains such as privacy, security and integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or program management.
• 3+ years in a product environment with cross-functional partners (legal, policy, product).
• 2+ years in a regulatory domain (privacy, security, data protection) or related field.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Product is aware of external pressures identified by Legal, Policy, and forecasting teams.
• Lead gap analyses to identify deltas between new regulations and product positions.
• Identify alignment opportunities across regulatory domains and drive cross-group collaboration.
• Scale regulatory readiness through process optimization and up-skilling.
• Prepare communications and progress tracking for leadership audiences.
