Job summary

Airwallex seeks a Senior Manager, Regulatory Strategy & Operations, EMEA to turn strategic regulatory priorities into coordinated, measurable delivery across our EMEA business. You’ll collaborate with Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations to drive execution and maintain governance frameworks.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex regulatory programmes.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across a matrixed, international organisation.
Strong project management skills including governance and risk management.
Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans and deliver results.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic regulatory projects across EMEA.
Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones and ownership.
Coordinate cross-team initiatives across Regulatory, Risk, Product, Engineering and Operations.
Establish governance for complex programmes with steering committees and dashboards.
Prepare executive materials and facilitate senior stakeholder discussions.
