Job summary

Meta's Regulatory Readiness team seeks a Regional Program Manager for EMEA. You will coordinate end-to-end responses to regulatory inquiries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering clear, executive-ready communications.

You will monitor regulatory developments, manage readiness workstreams, and help ensure Meta's products stay compliant in a fast-changing global landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or related fields.
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive programs with cross-functional teams and deadlines.
• Experience in the EMEA region with depth in multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory information responses and reporting across EMEA.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with legal, policy, and product teams.
• Drive readiness programs and landscape monitoring for obligations and deadlines.
• Produce executive communications on status, posture, and risks.
• Build scalable processes, workflows, and tools for efficient responses.
