Lawyers On Demand is seeking an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to support a major regulatory implementation programme and business readiness initiative. The role is hands-on, focusing on preparing for a new regulatory framework and embedding governance structures across the organisation.

The successful candidate will review policies, advise on delegations and regulatory obligations, translate complex rules into practical processes, deliver training, and liaise with regulators and business teams

Qualifications

• Experienced lawyer specialising in regulatory compliance and implementation.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
• Ability to develop governance frameworks and operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing a new regulatory and licensing framework.
• Review and update governance documents, policies and procedures.
• Advise on delegations of authority and regulatory obligations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
• Deliver training and guidance to business stakeholders.
• Liaise between legal, business teams and regulators.
• Support ongoing regulatory readiness activities.
