Thames Water is seeking a Regulatory Information Advisor based in Reading to support responses to Environment Agency information requests. You will work with the legal team and EA to ensure timely, accurate information and robust mitigation actions are in place.

You will review requests, verify facts, and prepare written correspondence, contributing to the company’s broader enforcement-risk management and regulatory assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to project manage and work under your own initiative whilst managing workload and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis across various mediums.
• Ability to produce reports, incident reviews and interpret data, and communicate this verbally and in writing.
• Ability to understand and interpret large data sets of varying types (quantitative and qualitative).
• Strong professional writing, proofreading and document-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Thames Water sites for visits and training.

• Respond to Environment Agency information requests within deadlines via written correspondence.

• Assess the factual basis of information requests and clarify facts where needed.
