Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an Environmental Incident Advisor to join our busy team in Swindon. You will thoroughly investigate environmental incidents, analyze data and produce technical reports for the Environment Agency, driving learning across the business to reduce environmental harm.

You will collaborate with colleagues, coach others, and help shape improvements in operations and environmental performance. A full UK driving licence is desirable and training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate environmental incidents and technical documents for the regulator.
• Interpret and analyse scientific reports and data regarding environmental impact and operational performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify event learning and drive improvements.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and support team members to improve performance.
• Contribute to discussions on pollution reduction initiatives.
