Qualifications

• 1-4 years’ PQE in financial services regulation.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulatory perimeter and compliance obligations.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player able to manage client relationships and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on UK and EU regulatory frameworks and perimeter issues.
• Support transformational regulatory projects and reforms (e.g., CRD VI, MiFID/RIS, PSD3).
• Advise on regulatory implications for digital assets, fintech andcrypto platforms.
• Engage on issues affecting banks, asset managers, brokers, payments and retail intermediaries.
