Qualifications

• Infrastructure finance and/or project finance experience at top-tier or international law firms.
• Technical expertise in structuring and negotiating syndicated loans, project finance facilities, PPP/PFI and complex security packages.
• Ability to manage high‑value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent drafting, organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on complex project finance and infrastructure lending arrangements.
• Acting on portfolio financings for leading infrastructure fund managers.
• Supporting PPP structures and public‑private partnerships for major regulated projects.
• Designing bespoke security packages for multi‑source and ECA‑backed financings.
• Coordinating on cross‑border transactions for sponsors, funds, financial institutions, governments, and sovereign investors.
• Advising on energy transition initiatives and ESG‑linked financing structures.
