Taylor Root is seeking a General Banking / Leveraged Finance Associate (1-2 PQE) to join its London market team. You will work on high-profile lending transactions spanning general banking and leveraged finance, advising banks, sponsors and corporates through the full deal lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 PQE in banking and finance with exposure to general or leveraged finance
• Strong technical ability and track record on complex lending
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
