Pertemps Bond are recruiting a motivated Call Centre Representative for an on-site role in Redditch. You will handle inbound enquiries, qualify needs and book appointments for the field sales team, delivering a professional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in call centre or telesales, and can work to targets. The role offers £25,000 basic with uncapped commission (OTE £35k-£40k) and 40 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Experience in a call centre, telesales, customer service or appointment-setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confident handling objections and booking appointments.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and computer-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer enquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
• Contact prospective customers following campaigns, website enquiries and existing lead sources.
• Qualify customer requirements and book appointments for the sales team.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through effective questioning.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Send relevant information and literature to customers when required.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Manage follow-up activity to maximise appointment conversion rates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every customer interaction.
