You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to safeguard customer interests and maintain control frameworks. Based in Swindon or London, this hybrid position offers a salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in a regulated payment or financial services organisation with exposure to financial crime/compliance monitoring.
• Practical regulatory knowledge and awareness of AML, Fraud, Compliance, Risk domains.
• Ability to interpret Management Information for risk assessment and improvements.

Aufgaben

• Ensure robust oversight and controls of Agent activities.
• Escalate risks and issues to the Head of Agent Oversight.
• Track remedial actions to improve agent systems and controls.
• Develop metrics showing agent performance and outliers for action.
• Oversee and ensure compliant execution of PPT controls by Agents.
