Edenred PayTech seeks an experienced Head of Compliance to strengthen our e-money regulatory framework in London or Swindon. The role requires strategic oversight to balance commercial growth with stringent regulatory standards.

You will lead a team, monitor changes, and drive policy development across the business, ensuring proactive compliance and reliable governance. A strong background in payments regulation is essential.

• Extensive compliance experience within financial services.
• Deep understanding of e-money regulation (PSD2, FCA, Consumer Duty).
• Proven leadership and team management in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into practical actions.
• Balance growth with regulatory compliance.

Mansioni

• Monitor regulatory changes (FCA) and update the business accordingly.
• Develop and maintain e-money compliance policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage the compliance team, risk assessments and remediation.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance and Operations to embed requirements.
• Liaise with regulators and auditors on licensing, capital and liquidity.
• Deliver training to educate staff on obligations and risks.
