Job summary

Edenred PayTech, Swindon/London hybrid, is seeking an Agent Oversight Analyst to monitor outsourced Agent activities and ensure robust risk controls in payment services. You will work under the Head of Agent Oversight to prevent fraud, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve reporting accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have regulated payments experience, AML/fraud knowledge, and strong data analysis skills with PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated payments or financial services organisation with AML/Fraud/Compliance exposure.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to interpret laws and guidance.
• Analytical thinker who uses MI for decisions and risk assessment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control Agent activities and ensure PPT controls are robust.
• Escalate risks and issues to the Head of Agent Oversight.
• Coordinate monthly Agent reporting and annual self-assessments.
• Organise Agent Oversight meetings and maintain minutes and actions.
• Support on-site Agent visits and contribute to MLRO risk inputs.
