Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Westmorland Vets in Kendal on a part-time basis. You’ll work as part of a friendly clinical team delivering high standards of nursing care across first-opinion cases, with support for ongoing development.
The role is 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rota, with 1 in 7 weekends included and no out-of-hours duties. RCVS registration and clinical nursing experience are essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Westmorland Vets on a part-time basis.
Westmorland Veterinary Group is a thriving two-site practice with separate farm and small animal teams. Our team has a variety of experience, from student nurses and new graduate vets to those with over 30 years of experience. We have certificate holders, including an Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery, and further qualifications and training are encouraged here.
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first-opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
