Job summary

Belong Chester is seeking a Registered Support Manager to lead a care village, partnering with the General Manager to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will oversee nursing and support teams, implement development plans, and ensure regulatory compliance to sustain outstanding services.

You will champion Belong's values while managing staffing and resources to maintain safe, compassionate care across all village operations of 72 care suites and 23 independent living apartments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader within a regulated care environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• A genuine passion for supporting older people to live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to nursing and support teams.
• Ensure residents receive person‑centred care in line with Life Plans.
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk management, safeguarding and clinical governance activities.
• Develop staff through probation, supervision and development planning.
• Manage budgets, staffing resources and rosters to safe levels and service quality.
