Job summary

Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Registered Support Manager to lead our care village and ensure outstanding, person-centred care for residents and families. You will report to the General Manager and guide nursing, care and support colleagues, fostering development and a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires strong CQC knowledge, budget oversight, and coaching abilities to empower staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or senior leader in a regulated care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing and support teams to meet residents’ needs.
• Ensure services operate in line with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead service development, safeguarding, audits and quality assurance.
• Deputise for the General Manager when required and support the Village Management Team.
