Job summary

Radis Community Care in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Registered Service Manager for our six-bed Supported Living Service. You will lead a compassionate team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of care for residents with learning disabilities.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 progression welcome), strong leadership, and a track record of delivering quality care in line with CQC expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience caring for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.
• Proven leadership of large teams and liaison with CQC.

Responsibilities

• Promote a caring environment and ensure residents thrive.
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance with standards.
• Assist Area Manager with referrals and develop personalised support plans.
• Roster management for optimal coverage.
