We are looking for an experienced Team leader to join our supported living team in Stratford upon Avon
As a Team Leader you will be supporting individuals with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) and Mild Learning disabilities. The role may include manual handling, medication administration, personal care, food preparation, household tasks, supporting individuals to keep in contact with family and friends, accessing the community and attending appointments. We provide support for daily living skills and help support with socialisation.providing specialised person centred support. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.
You will be supporting an older lady within her own home, She has a mobility car so preferred driver. You will also need to attend the registered office once a week in Coventry.
