Job summary

Radis Community Care in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our supported living team. You will support individuals with PMLD and mild learning disabilities, managing daily living tasks, medication administration, personal care, and community access, while following person-centred plans.

The role includes on-call duties and occasional office attendance in Coventry. Requirements include driving, prior leadership experience, and NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism and mental health issues.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader/ Senior Support worker will be advantageous.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care with progression towards Level 3.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth running of supported living services; conduct audits, checks, supervisions and spot checks.
• Update and review support plans; ensure individuals achieve outcomes.
• Schedule and allocate work to Support Workers; assist with medication and personal care; cover shifts.
• Participate in the on-call system.
