Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager (Fixed Term) in Tyne and Wear. The role oversees Supported Living services, ensuring safety, quality, and person‑centred support.

You will lead the service, maintain regulatory registration, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites. The post requires a compassionate leader with strong collaboration skills, able to travel between services and work from the Sunderland area as the registered office base.

Qualifications

• Current SSSC Registration.
• SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience at Deputy Manager level or above in health and social care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; inclusive culture.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
