Swanton Care and Community is seeking a Registered Service Manager (Fixed Term) in Tyne and Wear. You will lead multiple Supported Living services, ensuring safety, quality and person-centred support for people we support, while maintaining regulatory registration and driving improvements.
The role requires working from Sunderland-based offices and traveling between services as needed, with 40 hours per week and flexibility to meet service needs.
As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, person-centred culture across our Supported Living services. You will lead by example, ensuring that the people we support are at the heart of everything we do and are empowered to live fulfilling, independent lives.
You will be responsible for the overall management and quality of the services, ensuring they are safe, effective, and aligned with organisational values, regulatory requirements, and local commissioning expectations. You will also be accountable for maintaining the service's registration with the relevant regulatory body and driving continuous improvement to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.

The registered office is based in Sunderland, and you will be expected to work from this location, while also travelling between services as required.

We have several Supported Living Services located in various locations within Tyne and Wear, supporting young adults who have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and may also have mental health or autism support needs and behaviours that can challenge. Our Services will be led by the Registered Manager, who will have a wealth of experience within the sector; committed and devoted to developing excellence and talent. This is a fixed term role.
