Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a long-standing residential service in Darlington. This role offers stability and the chance to shape high-quality, person-centred support within the local community.

You will ensure high standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and effective budgets, while developing staff and building positive relationships with families and professionals. DBS checks and references apply.

Qualifications

• Background in Learning Disabilities services.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, including mental health needs.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Knowledge of person-centred support planning.
• Experience managing compliance, audits and service improvement activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, direction and support to your team.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the service.
• Lead recruitment, induction, supervision and development of colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards.
