Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a 7-bed residential service in Neasden, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will drive person-centred care, governance and quality improvement while developing a high-performing team.
With strong leadership, you’ll manage budgets, audits and relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals, ensuring CQC compliance and positive outcomes for people we support.
We're looking for an ambitious, compassionate and motivated Registered Service Manager to lead one of our established residential services in Neasden. Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into your first registration, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a service with strong foundations, an experienced team and exciting ambitions for the future.
You’ll be leading a welcoming and established 7-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, epilepsy and Down's syndrome. The people enjoy spending time in the community, maintaining relationships, participating in activities and living as independently as possible. This is a busy and engaging service where person-centred support is at the heart of everything we do. The service is fully occupied and benefits from strong relationships with families, professionals, commissioners, and the local community.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established residential service that is performing strongly and has an excellent reputation locally. With full occupancy, positive relationships with commissioners and professionals, and consistently positive quality and governance outcomes, you’ll be stepping into a service with solid foundations already in place.
We're looking for a passionate and people‑focused leader with experience in health and social care. Experience within learning disabilities and autism services would be highly desirable; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in supported living, residential care, mental health, complex care, older people’s services, or similar care settings. Most importantly, we’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and a genuine passion for helping people live fulfilling and meaningful lives. This opportunity would suit both experienced Registered Managers and ambitious Deputy or Service Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.
At Voyage Care, we’re passionate about supporting people to gain greater independence, achieve meaningful outcomes, and live the life they choose.
