Affinity Home Care in Shrewsbury is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our home care service. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the development of a dedicated care team.

The role requires NVQ Level 5 in Care and Management, at least 2 years of management in a Care at Home setting, strong leadership and communication, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 5 in Care and Management is required.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience within a Care at Home setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in quality assurance, staff supervision, and person-centred care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary: £35,000 per year

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Service Manager to lead our Home Care service. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the development of a dedicated care team.
