Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd in Leyland is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead Calvert House, a fully occupied residential service with a stable team. You will develop the service, drive person-centred care and ensure high standards of care.

This role offers an annual bonus up to 7% and a bed-filling bonus per admission, with strong opportunities for professional development and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in management within adult social care settings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance.
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• Experience developing and motivating teams and driving performance.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs and related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team through supervision, appraisals and performance management.

• Manage occupancy, budgets and service performance.

Registered Service Manager - Leyland, Lancashire | £36,050 per annum

Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 7%, plus a bed-filling bonus of £200 per admission, increasing to £800 for admissions above budget.

Calvert House offers eight individual flats, each with a private lounge, bedroom and walk-in wet room, alongside two communal areas and a spacious garden. From film nights and pool to barbecues and days out, the focus is on meaningful activities and greater independence. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop your team through supervision, appraisals and performance management.

• Work closely with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced Registered Manager or Service Manager, or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, with:

• Previous management experience within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance, with a commitment to improving care.
• A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• Experience developing and motivating teams, managing performance and driving accountability.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, brain injury or neurological conditions is particularly welcome.
