Job summary

Voyage Care in Crawley is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a well-established residential service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, lead and develop the team, maintain regulatory compliance, and build strong partnerships with local authorities and families to achieve positive outcomes and sustained service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care management role.
• Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• A Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• An understanding of quality, compliance and safeguarding responsibilities.
• The ability to become registered with CQC if not already registered.
• A passion for delivering high-quality support and developing others.

We're currently searching for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to lead one of our established residential services in Crawley. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-run, stable service with a highly experienced team, strong governance, excellent audit outcomes and a positive culture focused on delivering outstanding person-centred support.

Supporting adults with learning disabilities the service promotes independence and enabling the people we support to lead fulfilling lives within their local community.

About the Role
