Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered/Service Manager to lead Calvert House in Leyland. You will manage a fully occupied residential service with a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers, driving team performance and person-centred care.

Expertise in CQC standards, budgeting and staff development is essential. You’ll work with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals to deliver meaningful activities and greater independence, supported by DBS checks on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance, with a commitment to improving care.
• A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• Experience developing and motivating teams, managing performance and driving accountability.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, brain injury or neurological conditions is particularly welcome.

Registered Service Manager - Leyland, Lancashire | £36,050 per annum

Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 7%, plus a bed-filling bonus of £200 per admission, increasing to £800 for admissions above budget.

Calvert House offers eight individual flats, each with a private lounge, bedroom and walk-in wet room, alongside two communal areas and a spacious garden.
